The fact that the property is not that old and the location, is the only hope this place has. The office staff needs to be evaluated by the home office. They are the most uncaring, lazy & rude bunch ever. Parking problems, loud people/motorcycle/cars, skateborders, tenant trash left in hallways (against lease agreement), fleas and dog poop everywhere (even on the sidewalks), dirty hallways (that are rarely washed), trash all over the property grounds (that maintence should pick up daily), just to name a few things, are not a concern for the office. Archstone, if you are reading this you have office problems here that are costing you tenants. And last, who ever wrote the rating for 06/07/04 (w/5 rating) must work in the office! Don't believe it!
