Hedges Creek

Wow, where do I start? How about with the office staff...they were really nice in the beginning and act like they care but let me tell you after they get you hooked into a lease it's all downhill from there. Can you say CORPORATE management. Trust me they do not go the extra mile and you are lucky if they even start the mile.

My smoke alarms were beeping so I changed the batteries they still kept beeping. I called maintenance they "fixed" them only to have them start beeping again the next day. Once again maintenance "fixed" them only to have them start beeping yet again. Third times the charm, right? I disconnected all of the smoke alarms and called maintenance. Maintenance never showed up the third time so I went to the office and they insisted that maintenance had fixed them earlier in the day. I asked them one question, then how come they are still disconnected and sitting on the floor where I left them?

If you like incompetence and corporate management then Hedges Creek is the place for you. I, on the other hand can't move out fast enough.
