They steal your money!!

I lived here for a year and 1/2-My rent went from $600/month-$650/month-$775/month! It's ridiculous, and a ripoff. I also had tons of maintenence issues when I moved in. The ceiling was even built crooked! These apartments look nice on the outside, but are just nasty on the inside. They forgot to caulk my tub, so I ended up with black mold that was disgusting. Also, I could hear EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbor was doing. I could even hear him peeing! The walls were so thin. Anyway-If you decide to live here because of the nice location, make sure you sign a long lease and check out all maintenance issues beforehand-because chances are it wasn't inspected before you moved in.
