New Management Company has BAD customer service

I have lived here for 4 years while the property was managed by Archstone, and yes, last year's rent increase was a big one, but I ALWAYS received great service for all of my maintenance and neighborly issues. The new management (I hear it was a takeover), Riverstone, has changed several policies, which is understandable, but they are only giving us less than a week notice to accept the new policies and the new lease terms! We only found this out because we asked! They claim to have mailed us notification, but we still haven't received it. Also, they have changed from on-site maintenance to not even being able to place a request at the office. They have an 800 number to California that is busy all the time to put in maintenance requests, and though they claim that when they took over management, they notified everyone of this, I can assure you that they did not. All in all, I do not have a huge problem with the policy changes, it is the lack of customer service and notification that is driving me to move out. They just don't care about the tenants.
