The staff here is a joke. They are unfriendly, unhelpful, and honestly if you were broke down on the side of the road they'd probably just pass you by and not give you a second glance. I was approached once by a member of management and she was very rude and pushy. Several minutes after the confrontation it occured to me that she never once identified herself by name or position here at the complex, only that I was violating a property rule. Had I not seen her in the office once before I never would have known who she was.

I worked as a leasing agent for an apartment complex several years ago so I remember what its like working in the office. Its not easy, but being so rude and pushy doesnt make it any easier. There is a time and a place to stand your ground on property issues, but not at first introductions. I sometimes feel like I'm in a POW camp; they watch your every move and the second they see something that might be a problem they come at you with claws out. It left a very bad impression that they wouldn't even try to talk to you as a human being, so if you like being talked to like a child, this is the place for you.
