Have lived here for 3 1/2 years and experienced a couple different managements during this time. Have been pretty much satisfied with the community and understand the dynamics of living in an apartment community. Except recently. The website advertises a "Heated Pool". That's one of the jokes. We're also told that the pool is open from the beginning of Memorial Day week-end thru Labor Day week-end. Another Joke!!! SEPTEMBER IS ONE OF THE 3 WARM MONTHS IN OREGON!!!Another Joke! We are not starting off the pool season any better then ALL of last season. Memorial Day Week-end...... Beautiful weather and Pool Not Open. The reason.........Waiting for permits from City. Last Labor Day week-end with the weather in the 90's the pool was closed. It was heated maybe 2 times all season. And then it was about 85 degrees and freezing the following day. Office told me that they were waiting for parts that lasted the rest of the summer. Which was a good two months. In OREGON it's not of much use unless it's heated or you're a 10 year old die-hard.
I have never lived in a community before with as many excuses about the pool as this community. (This is one of the main amenities that I rented for.)The Leasing Office attitude regarding the pool is what has promted me to post this. It has been the worst I have ever experienced in a comunnity before. I have worked in Leasing Offices before and would not have kept my job with an attitude such as their's.
Parking has gotten to be a nightmare!! If you come home after 7:00 pm plan on a hike. Which is not bad unless you're bringing in groceries. Right now I can positively identify 4 disabled vehicles that have not moved in MONTHS. Who knows how many more that I don't have knowledge of. They have been pushed or moved to parking spaces away from buildings. (Which is indication that the office is aware of the situation.) Neighbors currently have 4 vehicles for 1 unit. Maybe it's time for assigned spots''
Hopefully management company or better yet, property owners read these ratings. Something should be done or the over-all rating will get lower then the already poor one. I have never broken a lease before, but am considering!
