Well let me tell you. Have you ever gone used car shopping' Get that slam dunk feeling, promise the world and you get a toad stool. Well the staff here are not short of the typical used car salesperson mentality. They go for the warm and fuzzy close and once you sign the lease heaven forbid you should have a complaint.
What you get is a bug infested apartment. But hey, the kids may love that but how would you feel waking up in the middle of the night with spiders or even a centipede crawling on you! Oh don't worry there are plenty of masquitos too. Thats because we have a beautiful location next to a nature preserve. Do you like BIG water rats' Got those too.
My favorite thing has got to be the parking arrangments ( actually lack of ). If you get home before 5pm dont worry you may get a spot close but if you work later hours enjoy the walk while carrying all your groceries. They do offer assigned parking for a fee but good luck, a waiting list will leave you waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting even more.
Folks do yourself a favor, skip this place beacause it is a waste of time unless you like bugs, landscaping in the early AM and the great feeling you get after car shopping.
