i moved into these apartments to be cheap, but now they are raising the rent and it is so not worth it! it is true about everything being tagged/spray painted. there is ALWAYS trashy old furniture piled out by the dumpsters that the manager lets build up for months, and my neighbor's old broken refrigerator is still next to my front door, three months later. i have put in maintenence requests twice in the six months i have lived here, and am still waiting... the apartment was dirty when i moved in, and there are regularly random people going through the dumpsters stealing our trash. and there is no parking for guests or roommates. don't live here unless you absolutely have to!
