For the location...yes, this is a fabulous apartment and community to live in. You have assigned parking spaces, so if you decide to come home late in the evening, you're always guaranteed a spot to park in, and a nice chat with the homeless that like to walk through the parking lot in order to get to their living quarters in the field that's in the back of the complex. They're very nice though...they're just wondering if you have any cans they can have for spare change. There's a field located on the side of the complex for people to take their dogs out to do their "business"...although I guess some think 10 feet is just a little too far to walk, so be careful, because you could end up walking out your front door in a hurry to get to work...and step in a nice pile of doggie-doodie...it's awesome really. Don't leave any personal items in your bathroom near the toilet though...because the ceiling does tend to leak from the neighbor's toilet that's directly above your bathroom. I guess that would mean people's doodie-water is now splashing on your toilet, floor, toilet paper that you actually need to wipe your own azz with...whatever. I guess when you're a quiet tenant that keeps to herself...calling twice about the leaky ceiling just isn't enough for the manager to actually do something about it. Now, if you are sensitive to carpet that smells like 88 dogs and cats that have urinated their lives away...you may want to rethink this place. Don't try to shampoo the smell away yourself...it won't work. So, there's nice people to talk to you late at night in the parking lot...dogs that leave you "presents" at your front door on a regular basis, and don't forget...the couples that live on both sides of you that love to have very loud and violent conversations with each other. Having your walls sounding like they're going to come crashing down on you is just the best. Enjoy!
