The management staff-J&S-are the most unprofessional management staff I've ever come across. They lie to your face, but stick together so it's always THEM against YOU.
They are NOT kid-friendly in any way. Normal child activities are frowned upon. They are very professional sounding and have great appearances-but are very rude the minute things are not going well.
Don't ever expect to get a phone call back from them.
