Nothing gets done on time. One of my stove burners was broken and they advised me to just hand move it before I use it each time--and then be careful when cooking and be alert that it leans strongly to one side.

They don't know how to handle conflicts between residents. Their solution is to tell you they will talk to the other party and call you back--but they don't ever call back.

I have been treated very badly by the staff. They appear to be very friendly, but unless you just nod your head and agree with them, you'll have troubles.
They put a lot of effort to make the very front of the complex look pretty--but you only see it when you drive in and out.
