I lived here for 2 years. I moved in because my brother worked maintnance (I my father did also for another CTL property) Because of this I know many stories and behind the scenes info that can destort my actual experience as a tenant. Besides not being able to communicate to the spanish speaking neighbors (notice the plural)whose music was LOUD.(though Jennifer assisted well with this.) I found the other neighbors quite nice. I would admit that the front of the property is much nicer but that is where the sign is and the extra space for garden "art." I just moved out and to sum that up, Jennifer didn't have to but double checked with me when I realized I made a mistake on when the lease was up. She also was very fair in charges when I moved out. All I can say to others who complain about their deposit getting sucked up is...If you actally Clean everything you will get money back...it doesn't matter what it was like if you didn't note it on your move in....To sum it up. I would not recommend this place for 2 reasons. Though Jennifer Rocked, The head office people for CTL Suck, one telling me I was lying that water leaked through the ceiling and the other is for the neighbors, both of which the actually property manager had no control over. For a CTL property this one actually is ok.
