I am currently a resident at Martinazzi Village and yes the mold can be a factor,and recently it has taken maintenance a while to get around to the problems in my apartment but other than that I have no other problems. Parking is not an issue as long as you dont park in anyone elses spot and the new management team they have seems to be doing the best that they can.
