It's getting worse

I am currently a resident at Martinazzi Village and things seem to be getting worse. The biggest complaint I have is the lack of parking. Each apartment is given only one assigned space and that's even if you have a 3 bedroom apartment. My family has two cars and EVERYDAY it's a fight for a parking spot that is remotly close to my apartment.

You should feel lucky that you have a spot that is assigned to you that you don't have to pay for.

Thank you for your review and warnings... I am relocating from California and I was interested in this complex (of course online anything looks desirable with the right photos) after seeing it and a few others on the rental sites for tualatin. I will definately cross it off my list now. thanks again
