They SUCK From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/17/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I lived at Maricopa 1 for almost two years. I was in a one bedroom for 1 year and in the 3 bedroom for 6 months the three bedroom was nasty. It had mold growing from every wall in the house and when I told the manager about it she just told me that its part of living, that everyone has mold. I have been in my new apart for 6 months and have never had a problem with it. Plus the maintenence there sucks. I would have to call them like three or four times before they would come. I definetly would not recommend it. Its the worst place. Then to top it off the kids there are very rude they sit there and knock on your door then they run and they keep doing it. Managers don't do nothing about it. Don't move there cause you will have so many problems TRUST ME. All these problems where with old management and new management.
