Surprises I've stayed this long

Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2001
Have lived in Maricopa 1 (on Sagert) and 2 (on Martinazzi), Maricopa 1 was better! Being closer to the management office, tenants seemed to obey the rules more so then those in #2. But then, it was under a different manager who left shortly after moving to #2.
Kids on bikes and skateboards seem to have taken over the place with little, correction, with no response from the office. I continue to pay for a garage only because I'm afraid my car will get scratched up by the kids when left out in the open. Even after letters sent to everyone from the corp office regarding kids playing unsupervised, the office does nothing.
More people move out due to indifference from management than any other reason. We will be moving out at end of lease, and if can help it, will not rent from Harsch Corp.
