So, I have lived here since Oct '06 since '08 when Pinnacle took over it seemed like everything did go down hill. When they did enter the building to put in hook ups they came in with dirty shoes, left the place dirty, used my restroom, left my lights on, left door unlocked, (could have sorn they took one of my DVDs but then brought it back - no proff though). So that was stressful and not okay. Then the managament never took care of problems on sight, just sent out a TON of memos all the time. So then last week I was due to leave town and my fridge dies on me, and called maintence and they didn't have a fridge on site right away, so we had to put my food in the "show room" and then I left the next morning. Came back 4 days later to a dirty (used) fridge. They didn't even clean it before they put my stuff back into it. Gross, so I had to clean it. The office ladies are just disrespectful to hard earnest people and make you feel like you are lower then them and your not. Just doesnt seem right that you are paying to stay some where were you are constantly stressed out and don't feel welcomed. Not right Oh and get this they get this tow truck company to drive around every night and tow you off if you dont have this stupid little sticker in the back of your window. So if you buy a new car, get your car fixed you need to park in the visitor parking area. it sucks every morning I look out the window to make sure I my car is still parked in my parking spot. And there is mold, my neighbor has bad mold, she is in an end unit. And the wood they used to make her new wall for the washer/drier was moldy.

have you ever lived somewhere without the sticker policy??? Try that one on!!! If you have the sticker in your window your good to go no need to look out the window everymorning...unless your not using the sticker then really whos fault is that? I live in a comminty with the same policy and its much better than not trust me!!!!

I do have the sticker, but that doesn't always stop them. My neighbor's kids keep track of the tow company's cars and who they pick up and they have towed a few with stickers.
