I've lived here since 2005 and, as others have said, it all went bad when Pinnacle took over. It never was a great apartment complex, but the rents were low and the office staff was nice and accomodating. Now, the staff remind me of high school students who have no respect for the tennants. Their bosses cannot be bothered to return a phone call. The construction was a nightmare to live through, pets were supposed to be locked in the bathroom for six weeks while strangers wondered in and out, leaving the door open and making a mess. And the remodel is a joke. The floorplans still suck, the lighting is awful, and it's still right on the freeway. They should have just left it old and cheap.
