Hey I lived here for a while and my daughter has been going to deer creek elementry and hazelbrook middle school now in 7th I think she loves it. Its a great place to live,but she says that the lower apts. by the pool is were bad kids live and that most adults with no kids should live there, and that kids and that audults should live down there. I think they have great schooling and most of all the mantaince is pretty good but you have to go down there in order to get it down and when I say down there I mean down to the office. We still havent got a door fixed but its ok, beacause we never brought it up, and if you paint the walls then you can borrow white paint to cover it up so new people will fell welcome! Just ask And dont stop till you get it!!
