overall this place was not that bad. we lived in a three bedroom townhouse and if it wasnt for my roomates it would have been a lot better place. the townhouse was pretty expensive for what you got. getting to the freeway was much to be desired. it took about 10 to 15 mins just to get to i-5. we never had many maintence problems or loud neighbor problems. my roomates were the load neighbors. parking was not that great and i had my stereo stolen out of my car. if i had better roomates and i didnt work by PDX this place would have not been that bad only if they lowered the price just a couple hundred dollars.
