I have lived here over two years and intend to renew my lease when it come up. The management and maintenance have improved greatly in the last year. I like what comes with the apartment, such as W/D, fireplace and the recreational facilities. I don't have any noise complaints. If you get a townhouse, plan on parking in the garage, because open parking is sparse. Overall, it is a nice neighborhood(quiet) and close to Hwy 99W and Tualatin.
