I am a single mom with 2 kids and have lived here for over 10 months. Management is not very responsive, I have asked for certain things to be done in my apartment on several occassions with no response. For instance my dryer takes 2 1/2 to 3 hours to dry a load, they say it is fine, my closet doors fall off all of the time, they do nothing to fix it, neighbors dogs crap in the lawn constantly and have been complained about, but nothing is done. The complex itself and the tenants are great, I feel very safe. I think the rent is high and the price I pay for a parking spot is also outrageous. So I guess over all the bad and the good balance each other out.
