I lived here for two years and the only positives were that the apartment layout was unique with large windows and vaulted ceilings and they allow large dogs (with a hefty non-refundable fee). Unfortunately, the apartment was older and dingier than what was advertised on the internet and the old windows were drafty and collected mold in the winter. After several requests, maintenance finally came out and told us that the windows needed to be replaced, but they never were. We received a notice on our door telling us to leave the windows open for two hours each day to eliminate the mold. Um, in the winter' No way!

Management changed at least 4 times during the time that we lived there. They were constantly losing our paperwork, putting past due notices on our door (when we had paid the rent on time) and did not keep track of the carport spot we had rented. We were told before moving in that parking was no problem, which was completely untrue. If you don't rent a carport spot, you won't find a place to park. Management was unresponsive to noise complaints and did not patrol carport spots (although the notice we got said they would). Our cars were vandalized several times, neighbors left trash and toys all over the common areas and management did nothing even after repeated complaints. Rent is excessive considering that trash/water/sewer are not included.

I've lived in a lot of apartments and have never had the problems I had while living here. This is definitely the most poorly managed community that I have lived in.
