Debbie is a horrible office manager. Nothing gets done on time. She has no control or system of managment to keep office in order. parking should be assing one per unit included in the rent. The water fees are atrocious for the amount of rent being paid. Play ground area not safe and poorly renovated. Gym is in constant state of repair.
