I lived at Rivercrest Meadows for 2 years. I had to move because my room-mate was moving onward. The first year the repairs were long in coming - however this changed greatly when they had a total staff turnaround. Now when you make a request for something to be fixed, it get's done within 24 hours. Or at least someone will call you and tell you when it is planning to be fixed. Never had any problems with the property/staff. Units are large and feel like a home. Lots of storage. Great Utility closet. We had a 2 bedroom w/loft. Really liked the loft. Unit took a while to heat up, and did get very hot in the summer, but with portable a/c - no problem. Highly recommend this property! Only thing I didn't like, the property has poor parking. Not enough spaces unless you pay approx $25 more per mo for a covered spot.

I agree with the poor parking. The staff is great, but we had to pay $25 more for the covered spot and $75 for a garage because we couldn't find a place to park our 2 cars when we returned from work. Needless to say, we have moved to a better apartment.
