There are some good things and bad things about this place. The townhouse I rent has TONS of storage space and everything works, the construction however leaves alot to be desired, nothing is flat or level and some doors won't shut. They overwater the lawn to the point it is unusable but the location is really great. Quiet neighbors, nice park just down the road, close to I-5 and 99W. The people in the office I have dealt with have been pleasant and helpful although the person we talked to before we moved in flat out lied about their pet policy. I won't be staying here long term, but for now it's not that bad
