I have lived here with my boyfriend for almost a year and in that year we have had several problems that haven't been resolved:
1. Moldy windows that leak excessively (water and drafts).
2. Excessively loud neighbors--complained to mgmt several times about 4:00 am weekday parties to no avail.
3. Excessive policy changes--they do not honor contracts, esp. with parking spaces.
4. Trash constantly overflowing.
5. So-called "fixed rate" water/sewer bill constantly increases and does not represent actual use--based on large family use averages for all apts.
6. Pet owners rarely pick up after their dogs--leaving smelly messes right outside your door.

We really liked this place until we had lived here for a month or so then the honeymoon, so to speak, was over and the problems started. All of our neighbors have had similar experiences with lousy mgmt. They really do lie to your face! Just live somewhere else and save yourself the stress!

I totally agree with you, I am a tenant also, been here for 3 years going on 4, and its awful, you hit the nail on the head with everypoint,and managment does not seem to care about long term tenants only who they can get into the complex! I agree don't live here!!
