My family and I only lived here for 4 months while we were having our house built. The windows were always molding. During strong rains, rain would come through the window in my sons room. The outside garbage was always overflowing. They are not nice apartments for the price.

And on top of all of that, we moved out in February and it is now the end of April and we have not recieved our refundable deposit yet. We keep getting the run around. Our calls are never returned. We were told by the office that the check refund needed to come from Denver and we would have it in a week. Have not seen it.
