Great Place to live - except .....

I love this place. I have been here a year and it is great. It is pretty and I love the landscaping. It is near a river and that is cool.
There is too much dog poop around, but the management repeatedly reminds people to pick up after their pets.
The Management works to build a sense of community with bi-weekly or monthly events. These events are not that well attended sometimes, but the management is making a great effort to build community.
Parking is a total nightmare and any potential apartment dweller should spend the extra money to get either a garage or a covered parking space. It is well, well worth the $25.00 a month.
