I have lived here for about 1 1/2 years and I absolutely love the apartment itself. I feel like I am in a home more so than an apartment. HOWEVER!!!!!! The management is a joke. Everytime you call with a problem they tell you that nothing can be done. We had MAJOR flooding issues last year and I had to go through my neighbors house to get to my car unless I wanted to wade through ankle deep water. When I called the office about this issue they told me that nothing could be done. I told them that I could fix it and I would send me the bill but they told me I couldn't do that either. Finally, the grounds keeper took it upon himself to come and fix the problem. The office didn't even know he did it but the problem was resolved in less than 1 hour. The parking is a nightmare!!! It is ok if for you if you pay to have a covered parking spot or a garage but don't plan on having any visitors unless you have them park down at the very bottom in overflow parking and you go pick them up and drive them back to your place. There is dog poop bigger than a humans all over the place and the management doesn't care!!!!! They send out notices to everyone to pick up after their pets but they don't inforce it. The management is very selective in how they inforce all rules. If you are liked and have an "in" with the office you are ok but if not, it will be a cold day in hell before you get an satisfaction for your problems. The neighbors are very noisy and when you complain to the office they tell you to call security. Isn't that managements job to inforce the noise curfew' There are drug dealers and druggies all over the place and when management is made aware of this they say they know nothing about it. There has been grafiti painted all over and they just cover it up like nothing happened. My rent went up almost $75.00 after my first year here and I was specifically told when I moved in that the largest rent increase they had ever had was around $25.00. If you do decide to live here, plan on at least a $100.00 increase when your lease is up and you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding a place and I really hope it's not here for your sake. There are at lease 2 or 3 people that I see every weekend moving out of here and I am next!!!!!! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
