i have lived her for almost 2 years now. i want you to know i would definately reccommed living here. management does all they can do to rectify problems for their tenants. where in oregen is there not mold' every home i owned and lived in i had to fight the mold.
as for the parking, well, there are times when it can be a problem. however, that is a problem in every apt. complex. yes, i pay $25 a month extra for a covered space, but had to wait until one was available.
as far as maintenence, well, when i have a problem it is fixed as soon as possible. this is a very large complex, and the maintenence men can only work as fast as possible. i don't believe that the management chooses whomever they want to cater too. these girls can only do what the corporate office allows them to do. yes, we had a problem with water when the rain was very heavy. however, we, the tenants cleared a trench so the water would flow away from our apartments. now we keep the trench cleaned out. no more water problems. you know, as a resident in an apt. complex we have to do our share to make our lives better. i have managed apts. in colorado and texas and the sam eproblems exist wherever you live. my tenants in both states were very helpful to me. just because we don't own our apt. doesn't mean we don't have any responsibilities. why not be good neighbors and help each other. that would really make our lives much better.
thank you, heather, shannon and the maintenence crew for all the hard work you do.
