I didn't find this site "Apartment Ratings" until after I moved in. I mostly agree with other people that rated "Rivercrest Meadows" 2 out of 5 stars. The maintenance crew seems to keep the common areas pretty clean, thought the spa hasn't cleaned in months. The gym has an old TV that needs repair and the exercise equipment hasn't been kept up either. The management is very polite and smile alot, always willing to listen to you concerns... but then ignore the issue. Stuff I asked to have fixed 5-6 months ago still hasn't been touched. The parking is terrible unless you pay extra for an assigned spot. It is close to hwy 99 and I-5 is about 2 miles. It's a pretty quiet community and most people keep to themselves.
