10 reasons not to live here: 1) Mold, 2) Parking (lack of), 3) Old electrical outlits, 3) Old appliances, 4) Poor weather-proofing, 5) Kids hitting golf balls at your patio door, 6) Expensive, 7) Very tight space, 8) Noise, 9) Poor security, and 10) falling trees.
While I lived there, I had random guys try to enter my apartment twice after midnight, mold everywhere (they leave the sprinkles on 3-4 times a day and it sprays the windows), paid an arm and a leg for heating because of the horrible weather striping (lack of) and base-board heaters, had many outlits that didn't even work (and never got fixed after we reported them), parking was an absolute nightmare and I sometimes had to park in a covered parking spot and sleep in my car in order to make sure my car wasn't being towed (because there were no other spots left for blocks and there's no way I'd walk alone at night there), college students were very loud and required fire trucks to come in at night, and storms knock over trees, onto patios and apartments. Needless to say, I moved out of there at least a month before my lease was over.
