I've been there for 2 years and it's been horrible experience. Mowing out in a month...
The rundown:
1.Management is a joke, and not a funny one. Very inexperienced and doesn't care about residents' well being.
2.Parking situation is horrible, and towing feeds on that (sometimes barely legally). I have small child, and parked "illegally" to get her out of the house and put in the car seet. 5 minutes later had to pay $90 to get unhooked (when I came out, the guy was just done raising my front wheels)
3.Lot of youg neighboors with no concept of people going to work at 6AM. Management doesn't seam to care. Actually, they don't care about anything...
4. Mold problem is huge. We need to treat our windows almost every month
5. Wheather proofing is very bad. Electrick bill is more than two times larger than at our previous appartment of the same size.

Overall I would not recomend this place to anyone.
