Just like the other reviews - problems with parking, MOLD!!, high utility bills due to poor insulation and weather proofing, trash all over, shoddy maintenance, absolute unresponsiveness on the part of the management staff, cars being written on and hit with toys by the resident children, apartments reek of cigarette smoke all the time, etc.
