We moved in 3 months ago and love love love our apartment! This is the first community where we've actually met AND liked our neighbors, maintanence staff has been wonderful to us and our actual apartment is a great floorplan. We live on the top floor with beautiful vaulted ceilings....and yes we pay the price in our electric bill. Yes, there is a mold problem. What people don't seem to realize is that to change this problem, they'd have to replace each and every window. Its just not that easy to do in such a large community. We were made well aware of the issue before we moved in, so if you still chose to live here STOP COMPLAINING! Remember, the staff live in these apartments too. We have about a million electronics plugged in and not a single problem with our outlets or cable. My ONLY problem with the apartment is the cigarrette smoke that comes through the bathroom...but in the wonderful state of Oregon, there isn't much you can do when you're attached at the wall to a smoker. Oh and parking is kinda crappy but oh yeah, thats right...ITS AN APARTMENT! We're actually going to be able to buy a house sooner than we thought and I can honestly say I'm going to be sad to leave this apartment, I love it!
