Mold, leaky ceiling, no parking

We dealt with thick black mold around all the windows in the apartment for two years, and bleach does not take it off or eliminate the problem. That is stupid for them to expect all the tenants to scrub their windows with bleach every week so that the management doesn't have to pay the money to actually fix the real problem. We also had a leak in our dining room ceiling every time it rained, which was very often. The layer of paint on the ceiling would fill up with water like a big water balloon and then a steady drip would fall from the bottom on our carpet. They finally said they had fixed the roof after we complained, but the drip formed again a month later. Parking is impossible at Rivercrest. We had to walk up to 3/4 of a mile on many occasions at night to get back to our apartment. I do not recommend living here.

I totally agree about the mold. I don't know how many times and different ways I have tried to get rid of it. It is such a health haszard. You would think the apartment management would take that into consideration. Also the parking definetly sucks. I find that I have to park at the bottom of the complex and walk to the top at night. You have to come home before 630 to even get a decent parking spot near your own complex.
