I lived at Rivercrest for over three years, and most of the time it was terrible. Ya, the mold was bad, parking sucked, so did the car break ins. But the dog crap was the worst. I told the management so many times, but they only had it picked it up once. I don't even own a dog, and I must have picked up over 40 piles of crap! When I first moved in, I discovered the carpet wasn't replaced, as promised, the floor in the master bath was the original from 20 years ago and smelled like pee. The refrigerator leaked. Everytime it rained I had a waterfall down our bedroom window. They never fixed that after several requests. I found out that after I moved out, they turned my appartment in 3 days, which meant they didn't replace anything...GROSS.
These are NOT luxury appartments. The model is a joke. Your appartment will not look like the model. Not even close. There should be a law against this kind of deception. Thank goodness Shannon left, she was lazy, careless, and had a higher then thou attitude. Glad to be out!!!
Avoid this one like the plague!
