I have signed 3 leases since living here and the only reason is because I can't afford to move. They lure you in by giving you a really good deal on your rent and then raise your rent excessively when your lease comes due. My rent has gone up over $200.00 since I moved in here!!!!!!! If my rent goes up again I will have to move in with family or live in my car because I can't afford the rent and can't afford to move. I was told when I moved in here that the most the rent ever went up here was $25.00 a month. They tell you exactly what you want to hear to get you in the door and then they do everything they can to take advantage of you and won't help you when you ask for or need the help. The dog poop is so discussting and the office won't do anything about it. There were notices sent out to all tennants that they would be fined if they don't pick up after their pets but that is not inforced. The management and staff just turn the other way. When you call for maintenance, it takes 2 to 3 days for them to come and then they have to come back at least 2 or 3 times to fix the problem as it never gets done the first time. They just painted the outside of the building and they did a horrible job. Paint is dripping down the building onto different colors, it isn't put on thick enough and it looks like they just put whatever color they wanted where ever they wanted. It looks really tacky. We get at least 1 or 2 notices a month that they are coming into our apartments for one reason or another. It is very annoying and is a problem for those of us who have pets and are supposed to put them away somewhere so they aren't inconvienienced when they come in. What about the inconvience to those of us who have to work and have to take time off to stay home to watch our pets so they don't get out or "bother" the people coming in our apartments. I have lived in apartments for over 20 years and have never seen such irresponsible and disrespectful "customer service". I have talked to other tennants here who have written to the owners of this complex and have never gotten a response. We have surveys that we fill out each year that asks about this complex but nothing ever changes. We used to have community functions like Casino night, Bingo, etc. and the prizes were money off rent but they are too cheap to offer that anymore either. We don't even have any functions anymore that are interesting to adults, only for the children. They can't keep community hosts either, there have been about 5 different ones since I moved in here as well. They talk about new tennant visits by the community hosts but I have not talked to one person who lives here that has ever gotten a new tennant visit or even knows what that is. We used to get a community news letter every month and now it's hit and miss if we even get one. Parking is worse than a nightmare. I can't afford to pay for a parking space so most of the time I have to park down at the very bottom of the complex and walk up to my apartment. The lighting around here is so poor and I am terrified that one of these nights when I come home late I will be attacked or worse trying to get to my apartment. There is no security around here and there has been lots of vandalizm and damage done to the buildings and personal property. The only positive things that I can say are the apartments are larger than most and my neighbors have all been nice even though I get new neighbors ever 6 months to a year. I would not recommend this complex to anyone and I will continue to try to save up money to move as soon as I can. Good luck with your search and hopefully you will take all of these negative reviews into consideration when you choose your new apartment community. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

In response to the constant notices of entry, once we did not take time off to be there when they were to come by. That was a mistake, they left the keys in the door of our unit, and since we entered our garage, we did not know for 3 days. I feel lucky no one came in and attacked my wife as I worked graveyard. When we called them on this, they said "oh really, im suprised since we have a system to prevent this, we check all they keys in and out." obviously not. It was a fight to get the locks changed, we finally changed them our self. So far everything bad in all the responses that I have read, were by far true when we lived there. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
