The complex is nicely designed, but the parking is inadequate and they do not enforce people to park in their garages, which causes parking to become a mess.
The nice thing is that they allow big dogs, but they do not enforce people to pick up after their dogs or keep their dogs on a leash. Our dog has been attacked by a dog that was off leash, and their were no repercussions.
The office staff are nice and friendly, but they do not respond to maintenance requests quickly and often forget to file a request. We have had water damage in our apartment for months, that has yet to be fixed.
The apartment are quaint, but lacks natural lighting, thus our apartment is still dim even in the middle of summer.
