I have been a resident here for 2 years as well and I believe we're working on our 3rd management now but it keeps going downhill. We've also had our rent raised 3 times in the 2 years we've been here. I miss the events that used to be hosted here because it felt more neighborly and friendly here. I can concur about the water pooling at the bottom of my bedroom windows. I can't crack open those windows. I keep the other windows in the room cracked open but there's still the thick black mold growing around them. The toilets jam easily and it took maintenance about 4 months after the request was put in to eliminate the waterfall in front of my front door caused by clogged gutters. To be positive, they did respond within 2 days when I complained of the worms and slugs coming in under the back door to get out of the rain. This is also in a nice location with a very nice setting and atmosphere.
The town homes are large but now that rent has gone up again, it's out of our price range. What really tipped the bucket though was an incident I ran into with the office staff. I was upset enough to send off a complaint letter to the property management. Whether they deal with complaints or not, I don't know but it was good stress therapy to get it off my chest.
Let's just say that I called ahead of time to let them know I was on my way and that I needed to come pick up my Dad's medicine that was delivered to the office. I spoke to Tara again and let her know that I was at the light on 124th. I arrived at 6:01pm according to my cell phone. Tara and another associate saw me, I said,"Wait!" and they kept walking to their cars. That was the worst display of customer service and it was rude! I work 2 jobs leaving early and coming home late so will not be able to attempt this fiasco for another few days or I will have to leave work early in Portland to come pick up the medicine.
We've decided that this is no longer the place for us but am trying to find another place. For the time being, we've had to switch to a month-to-month (rent increase #4 but at our decision I guess) which is killing us at $1,285.00!!!!!!

This is absolutely normal for this place if you do not bleach every couple days every window seal (referring to the pictures)
