I have lived here three years. When we first moved in it was great and it has not been to bad. But there are some issues. Neighbors have 2 very large smelly dogs. I have complained about them, they take there dogs out without a leash and do not pick up their mess. You can not walk in your apartment the same time these people open their door, that's how bad their apartment smells.

The Ladies in the office are rude, They have been rude with my daughter and myself. They make us feel like we are a bother when we walk in to pick up a package.

It seems like it's going down hill, especially the in the office, not friendly at all

I totally agree! I feel so blessed that we found a house to buy. We're getting out of our lease early and boy were they snooty at first. There is only one person in the office that seems to care at all about us and that's Lindsay Reagen. That Tara chick is a -----. I too have smelly neighbors and have complained about them as well and nothing was done. And my biggest complaint is the parking. Oh the parking. I realize that parking is a ----- in any complex but this is ridiculous. Oh and the roof. That was a total waste of money. They did such a hack job so NEVER go to Beaver Worx for your roof once you buy a house. The new roof is so wavy. And I know this sounds prejudice but I really don't feel comfortable with all the -------- working for them. I hate that I can't understand workers. I'm in AMERICA we speak AMERICAN/ENGLISH!!! Anyway, I am so looking forward to moving out this weekend. My dream apartment turned nightmare is almost over.

I had problems with Tara too. The staff is just there to do the office stuff and go home with a paycheck. Anything past shift end or anything that slides over into the customer service realm, then you can kiss thier @sses. They lure you in with honey to rent an apartment and then they swat you away like an annoying fly.
