They are ignorant, rude, and very unprofessional. Their personalities are cold, and overall unpleasant to be around. Not to mention, for lack of a better word, dumb. I got a notice in the mail saying I had a package. We live kind of far from the office, so I had to walk a ways. I get to the office, and she said it wasn't there, and that it was probably a mistake, which I knew wasn't so because when I tracked it online, it said the package had been delivered. So I went back again, and she looked, and found nothing. I finally called later on thinking the mail hadn't reached the office yet. The guy said the package was there so I walked back ONCE AGAIN. Once I got there, the lady told me AGAIN, it wasn't there. Then the manager (') and her got in a little argument trying to prove to each other that it was or wasn't there(which I find unprofessional to do in front of a tenant). Finally, the dumb broad looks in the storage, and sees my package is there. What does she say the reason is for not finding it' ITS TURNED AROUND! She failed to find my package the first three times because the number was on the OTHER SIDE of the box, and she couldn't turn the damn thing around!! I walked six times including back to my place to find out she didn't know how to look around a box. This just proves how inefficient they are at their jobs. That was just a package, imagine how they are at running an apartment complex!

SOOOO true! These apartments used to be classy and nice. The new managers are bunch of YOUNG power hungry ladies with no courtesy or experience. I lived here two years and now my lease is up at the end of Jan 09 i am dancing with joy to get OUT! dont live here you will regret it. Also, they double charged us for water bill and said it was water companys fault, when i said we werent paying two months worth in one month they basically said "too bad for You" and charged us a 50 late water bill fee. UGGGH! run awwwwayyyyy

holy crap. im a kid writing this. i live in the townhouses and these freakin ladies are -------. a couple of the guys on the golf carts are nice but thats it. the girls really power hungry very mean. i hate living here since new managment!!!
