i am a kid writing this and from all the other reviews i really agree. some things arent as bad as they say but god some things are tooo true! Like for the first thing- managment. wow omg. The office ladies are cruel and cold and just big -------. they dont even care and always yell at us kids for dumb stuff. my friends and I try to skate or something or toss a football in the pool but NOOO! we cant cuz its disrupting other people. the guys on golf carts really are nice but the mantinence manager is pretty mean too. i hate the no fireworks policy. who doesnt light off fireworks on the 4th' they didnt even allow poppers till now. and i think they need to loosen up on the rules. they are sooo strict its crazy.

We almost got evicted what like 5 times the past 2 years' 1) lettin our dog out without a leash by accident (who is friendly dog and goes up to people and licks them - ohh so terrifying!') 2) Doing a couple fireworks, even the legal ones! 3) Having stuff on our back porch like plants and stuff. man we almost got evicted for putting our bikes infront of our housE! those are just 3 of the many stupid things we almost got kicked out for. its retarded. i do like rivercrest because a lot of people are really friendly and ive made many friends here but i dont like the office ladies, they are cruel and yes (everybody knows) they are POWER HUNGRY!

The first day we moved in my mom had bought a parking spot and they towed her car... The first day!!! wow great first impression huh. my dad got the windows bashed out of his car at night the first year we lived there and what the hell could we do' and the managment towed our car. (our story of that was on the news!) great security.. not. someone could get murdered and they wouldnt know. security sucks. and lots of vandalism happened and a few cars got graffitied once and managment didnt do anything that time either. i seriously dispise the office workers, they are soo cruel and dont even care. Idk but i also hate the mold, its gross!!! it never goes away. but over all i think rivercrest is fun, because everyone breaks the rules, especially the firework ones haha. anywayz yeah the management is a -----, and they are soo hard to handle on a daily basis. im almost afraid to walk in the office on cookie fridays god. idk if its the worst place ever but it is probably worse for adults. sorry. but im movin out in a few months and im kind of happy about it, because most of the management hates all of the kids and they probably want to kill us. my brother got in trouble one time for punching the air or "shadow boxing" and the office ladies took him and held him in the office for an hour saying they were going to call the cops. stupid huh' yeah really.

well the rules suck, the office ladies suck, the mold sucks. the parking really sucks. God i hate the sign that says "rivercrest luxury apartments" because i think it should say "rivercrest 'apartments from hell'" so yeah rivercrest isnt amazing i can tell you that. If you dont want to be screwed on your living conditions, rivercrest meadows is not the place for you!
P.s. (IDK= i dont know)

Honey, Fireworks are super dangerous especially with the apartments so close together and all of the tree debris that falls on the roofs. A fire can spark so quickly with fireworks that the whole complex would be in flames before you know it. Not being dramatic, just know from experience. My husband and I used to live there and every Independence Day, I was worried that a fire would start and my belongings would be destroyed. I know fireworks are cool, especially when you're a kid, but honestly, they are freaky dangerous and really should be left up to the professionals. Go find a good fireworks show w/ your buddies. If you do find a place where you can shoot fireworks, please be safe. Too many people on this day lose fingers and many time more parts of the body if that. I am grateful that we were able to buy a house but even with our own home and us being away for the holiday, I am worried that a stray firework will land on our house. It has happened to other homeowners and I pray that it won't happen to me. I hope you have a good Independence Day and exercise safety because I know you want to have a good life ahead.

If you want to do fireworks..take it to the park, or where ever you can go to SEE the fireworks put on by "safety experts"!! What makes YOU think YOU can do whatever YOU please??? Rules are MADE for a reason....for everyone's responsibility to follow...unless YOU have the "usual parenting" I see..(NONE)..of which YOU think skateboarding should be done on the sidewalks. I don't suppose YOU ever thought someone "just might" work a different shift than a day job, or someone in another apartment "just might" be sick, and your skateboarding IS BOTHERSOME???? Please try and grow up a little, and realize the world actually DOESN'T REVOLVE around your petty issues!!!
