We would not recommend this place. There is black mold, terrible infestation of ants and spiders in the apartment. When things break, they don't fix it, even a front door falling off isn't important to them. When I complained they made up that I didn't pay rent and evicted me even though I have both the proof of paying and proof they cashed it. The management is terrible. Plus, be advised....four years ago when the tualatin river flooded, they got two feet of water in the lower apartments, and do you know what they did to fix it....they painted over the mold and re-carpeted over moldy floor boards, everyone in my family is sick and now I can't get into any apartments until I take them to court for evicted me illegally.
