I have lived at Rolling Hills for a while and enjoyed most of my neighbors. The parking is a little bit of a problem but it has gotten better over the last year. The management staff has been great whenever I have had problems, they are always flexible. The prices are reasonable if you can live with some retro colors. Overall it has been a pretty good place to live.
