This is the worst place i have ever lived and that includes two years in a third world country. The managers do not manage anything. They allow people to move as many as three or four families into one unit so you can imagine what the parking situation is like. It is incredibly noisy. A very loud, foul-mouthed, mentally disabled teenage boy rules the "play area". Any parent who allows their kids to play here unsupervised ought not be allowed custody. My car has been vandalized several times. The laundry rooms are filthy and I have had laundry stolen in the middle of a wash cycle. They actually stole my wet, soapy underwear! We have complained many times about our above neighbors using our deck as their ashtray and the managers have done nothing about it. The rules state no working on cars in the parking lot but the managers don't enforce that rule, nor the rules regarding junked cars in the parking lot. The managers supposedly live onsite but we have heard loud karaoke parties at the pool long after the pool is supposed to be closed and when we called to complain about the noise we were told by the answering service "call the police". The police cruise the parking lot (entirely too fast) regularly. Our bathrooms have creeping mold coming from the downstairs unit. Don't move here unless you are completely desperate. The cheap rent isn't worth living in the ghetto.
