they're thieves From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/18/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   They will take you for every cent you paid into them as a deposit, no matter how clean you leave the apartment, and besides that they will lie about when you paid your rent and gave notice in order to charge you with late fees and additional rent. ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT, SIGNED AND DATED, EVERY TIME YOU PAY THESE THIEVES ANY MONEY, AND THAT INCLUDES YOUR MONTHLY RENT. SHAME ON YOU CTL MANAGEMENT.
