Rolling Hills

My family and I have lived in this complex for 3 years. What a mistake that was.

Where to start. Mold and being told that you are a poor housekeeper. Bugs!!! We had an infestation of fleas for months. I spent hundreds of $$$$ to try to fix this. The managment would do anything.

Mantanace not being done. Then they will stick you with you should of told us sooner. And it still not being taken care of. I waited 21/2 years for something to be repair, and when it was it was not in total working condition. Plus some of the mantance people I would want in my home with out me there.

The noise level is out of control. Complaints are not taken seriously. Call the police that is what they say. The police are tired of being called out to the complex.

Kids running wild in the parking lot. There are gangs of them. I could not let me kids out to play in green space because of this. Throwing rock and sticks at cars.

The pool is a joke!!! If you have to put in the pool rules if you have VD don't go into the pool, you have a big problem. Plus it would be down to put new chemicals in all the time. Kids left along in the pool. I have never used the pool in the whole time I was there.

I could not have friends and familey over because of the conditions of this place. When I do they would be harrased by the people in the parking lot. Plus parking stinks. First of all too many apartments have more then one car, so they take up visiting parking spots. Parking spots are not marked well. If someone parks in you space you call the tow truck, and wait for an hour for them to get there.

The crime rate is out of control!! Attempted murder, Rapist, Child molester, Theft, harrasement, kidnapping!!! What a place to raise a family in.

In my experience I think if you are buddy buddy with the maanagement you can do what you want. If not you have problems and don't think about getting things fixed in your apartment.

You get what you paid for.
