Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
From the minute we arrived at "Fugitive Flats", we stopped watching the program Cops on TV and just simply opened our blinds facing the parking lot and saw just as much action as on that program. As funny as that seems it is the absolute truth. I have lived in many different complexes in my life and this by far is the worst place I have ever lived. When it comes to management for the most part they are friendly, but it seems that the Tualatin Police do more managing than CTL. They are visiting for many different reasons at least three to four times per week. If you havent already heard enough to direct you down another path, please continue reading.
If you come from South Central LA then you might be coming to a safer environment. But it is pretty pathetic when my wife doesn't feel safe getting the mail if it is past sundown. Summary: this place BLOWS!!!!!!!!!! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
